Locus Amoenus is a series of pencil drawings on paper or wood that, as the title suggests, depict idyllic places. The artist integrates the silhouettes of different people – children, adolescents, women and men – into landscapes where vegetation and a water source become fundamental. Despite the influence of archival photographic images, time stands still and becomes current. There, by seeing these oases, the viewer can relax.
